Summer and Outdoors

Hey everyone.

So been awhile since I've been on here thats for sure! But a quick update as things have been really busy with work and everything else lately! I have had a new thought, or maybe just an idea so far, but have been working on it since the last update anyway. I recently got myself a new bike and have been having a blast on it! Ive decided that its much mroe enjoyable to keeo fit and get exercise in ways that you actually enjoy. Well for me anyways, especially in the summer, whether it be golfing, biking, swimming, summer hockey which Ive got as an option as well which is a huge bonus, baseball, soccer with friends. Basically anything to to get out and enjoy the outdoors and at the same time getting in a pretty solid workout or at least, getting in some solid exercise. So far so good. Been sticking with the outdoor activities and just doing the bodyweight workouts 4 times a week which has been easy to stay up on and a ton of fun at the same time with the great summer weather lately. Would much rather be outside enjoying the weather and company than inside a gym. Figure its nice to keep the entertainment value high as well as the fitness level., and this seems to be fitting in quite nicely so far. Gonna stick to what Ive been doing, getting exercise, eating right, having fun, and being active! Just a quick update. Till next time, enjoy the summer weather!
